About the Journal

SUKISOK, an Ilocano term meaning “to search or investigate exhaustively,” is an official research and development journal of the Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus. This open-access tri-annual publication serves as a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research across the arts and sciences, showcasing scholarly work from faculty members, researchers, and students alike.

As a venue for rigorous academic discourse, the SUKISOK Journal of the Arts and Sciences (e-ISSN: 3028-1792) aims to foster intellectual engagement, encourage critical inquiry, and promote innovative research that spans various disciplines. The journal features a diverse range of topics, including but not limited to language, literature, political science, governance, psychology, environmental studies, social sciences, and emerging trends in the arts and sciences.

 Scope and Aims

Our journal aims to publish high-quality research articles across various fields in the Arts and Sciences. We welcome submissions from these fields and encourage interdisciplinary research.

SUKISOK Journal of the Arts and Sciences (eISSN 3028-1792) is pleased to announce its Call for Papers for a special issue scheduled for publication on February 28, 2027.

The special issue will be published under the guest editorship of Dr. Bernard Caslib, Associate Professor of Ethics and Philosophy at the University of the Philippines Manila.
